At Felio (felio.me), we strive to provide a transparent and fair experience for all our users. This policy outlines how we handle subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds for our AI-powered portfolio builder.
Nature of Our Product
Felio is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides instant access to premium digital tools, including AI-powered CV analysis and custom portfolio generation. Due to the immediate delivery of these digital features and the non-recoverable costs associated with our AI API usage, our refund policies are structured accordingly.
Subscription & Billing
- Felio operates on an auto-renewing monthly subscription model (Premium and Pro plans).
- Once a payment is successfully completed, you gain instant access to the respective plan's features.
- You will be billed automatically every month on the date of your initial purchase until you cancel.
Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Felio Dashboard.
- No hidden fees: There are no cancellation fees.
- Access after cancellation: If you cancel, you will retain access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not issue prorated refunds for the remaining days of the month.
Refund Policy
Since Felio offers a free Trial tier for users to test the platform, and because premium plans incur immediate AI computing costs:
- General Rule: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
- Exceptions: We will only issue a full refund in the following exceptional cases:
- You were charged multiple times for the same billing cycle due to a technical error.
- You upgraded your plan but the premium features were not activated on your account within 24 hours.
- Accidental Renewals: If you forgot to cancel your subscription and were billed for a new month, we may grant a refund if you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge AND you have not used any premium features (e.g., generating new AI portfolios) during that new billing cycle.
Payment Disputes
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated with a bank or credit card provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend the associated Felio account pending resolution. We strongly encourage users to reach out to our support team first to resolve any billing issues amicably.
